TERMS OF SERVICE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSIGNMENT
Entity: Pay-It-Forward Business Trust (The "Trust")
Subsidiary: Eloquent Casting & PIF Global Formats LLC

1. WORK MADE FOR HIRE (WMFH) AGREEMENT:
By creating an account, selecting a membership tier (Free or Pro), or participating in any community marketing tasks, the User acknowledges and agrees that all generated content—including but not limited to TikToks, graphic designs, marketing copy, social media posts, and community votes—is deemed a "Work Made for Hire" under US Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. § 101). 100% ownership of all global Intellectual Property (IP) rights belongs to the Pay-It-Forward Business Trust in perpetuity.

2. TALENT RELEASE & IMAGE RIGHTS ASSIGNMENT:
Any user submitting a casting tape, audition video, or application via Eloquent Casting or any PIF-affiliated portal hereby assigns all Audio, Visual, and "Image Rights" to the Trust. You grant the Trust the irrevocable right to use your likeness, voice, and story in any of the 1,200 planned episodes, promotional materials, or global format bibles without further compensation beyond the terms of the Contingent Backpay Clause.

3. CONTINGENT BACKPAY CLAUSE (NON-EMPLOYMENT):
User acknowledges that they are NOT a W2 employee or an hourly contractor. Participation in Pay It Forward Productions is strictly voluntary or based on a "Contingent Backpay" model. Any financial compensation is strictly contingent upon:
a) The successful sale of a TV Pilot to a network (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).
b) The realization of revenue from Global Anchor Sponsorships.
c) Direct revenue generated by the specific production the User is attached to.
If no sale or revenue occurs, no backpay is owed.

4. DRESS 2 INVEST ECOSYSTEM INTEGRATION:
Users agree that their participation supports the Dress 2 Invest community mission. While the Trust owns the media IP, the User retains their personal business listing within the Dress 2 Invest directory as part of the mutual value exchange.

5. NON-DISCLOSURE OF PRODUCTION BIBLES:
Users may be granted access to "Unredacted" production formats and bibles. Any unauthorized sharing, leaking, or reproduction of these formats to outside production companies is a violation of this agreement and subject to legal action by PIF Global Formats LLC.
