CAPITAL ALLOCATION & RETURN POLICY

1. THE "BUDGET DEPLETION" RULE (ALL SALES FINAL)
1.1 Immediate Deployment: Unlike a standard retailer, Pay-It-Forward Productions LLC operates on a "Budget Depletion" model [Source 42]. When you complete a purchase:
1. Your funds are immediately categorized as "Production Capital."
2. Your purchase casts a "Greenlight Vote" for a specific Media Asset (e.g., Summer Cult).
3. The net revenue is deployed to the active production accounts.
1.2 No "Buyer's Remorse" Refunds: Because these funds are instantly allocated to real-world production costs (crew, gear, logistics), WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR BUYER'S REMORSE. All sales of Uniforms, Digital Memberships, and Merchandise are considered FINAL at the point of transaction.
2. MYSTERY BOXES & LIQUIDATION ASSETS
2.1 "As-Is" Condition: Items sold as "Mystery Boxes," "Liquidation Crates," or "Asset Recovery Kits" are sold AS-IS.
Risk Acceptance: By purchasing a Mystery Box [Source 97], you acknowledge that the contents are randomized, may include "Prop" or "Production Used" items, and may vary in size or condition.
Zero Returns: Under no circumstances are Mystery Boxes eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. The "Sweepstakes Entry" (Golden Ticket) associated with these boxes is consumed upon purchase.
3. MEMBERSHIPS & DIGITAL TITLES
3.1 Executive Memberships: Subscriptions to the "Executive Member" (Tier 3) or "Associate Producer" tiers are for Digital Status and Content Access.
Cancellation: You may cancel your recurring billing at any time via your Dashboard.
No Retroactive Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. Once a monthly "Allocation" is processed ($1,123.00), it is permanently assigned to the Trust’s administrative pool [Source 104] and cannot be reversed.
4. EXCEPTION: MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
4.1 The "Quality Guarantee": While we do not refund for regret, we do replace for error. If your item arrives Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective, you must notify us within 72 Hours of delivery.
Protocol: Email [Insert Support Email] with your Order ID and a Photo of the defect.
Resolution: We will issue a replacement of the exact same item. No cash refunds will be issued.
5. CURRENCY & PRICING ERRORS
5.1 User Responsibility: Our storefront operates globally. Prices may display in MXN (Mexican Pesos) or USD depending on your browser settings.
No "Shock" Refunds: We will not issue refunds because a user "thought it was Pesos but it was Dollars" (or vice versa). It is the user's responsibility to verify the 3-letter currency code (e.g., $1,123 MXN vs $1,123 USD) at checkout before confirming the transaction.
